About the practice
My work centers on gong, with Tibetan bowls used at the beginning and close of each session. I offer one-to-one appointments, monthly listening groups, and occasional seated concerts in a ground-floor Portland studio. Each gathering starts with a plain description of the volume and sequence, and participants may change seats or step outside at any time. I completed a two-year mentorship in gong technique and group facilitation, followed by continuing study in hearing safety and accessible event design. The studio has chairs, floor spaces, an accessible restroom, and a fragrance-free request for group events.
