About the practice
I teach humming, vocal toning, and careful listening in Mexico City and in live online groups. You do not need to read music or consider yourself a singer. We work with easy, repeatable sounds and pause often so everyone can notice effort, breath, and comfort. My background includes community choir leadership, individual voice study, and continuing education in consent-based group facilitation. Sessions may be done seated or standing. Online participants receive a short setup guide in advance and can keep their camera off.
